Basic Tour is included …
Friday, March 1 we all meet at Hotel Melia Cohiba* in Havana on March 1, before the 0900 departure. I’ll be the one in the lounge to the left with a coffee and a side of rare internet. It’s a ♫three hour tour♪ on a nice bus to Cienfuegos with a roadside stop that has local art, beverages, and a bathroom. Our roadtrip includes a cool English speaking guide that will give us the low down on what we are seeing, give us Cuba history and answer all of our Cuba questions with a local’s perspective. Once in Cienfuegos we stop at a nice restaurant for lunch (probably water-side Villa Lagarto). After lunch we head out to a guided walk through the world renowned Botanical Gardens before getting dropped at our hotel Meliá San Carlos. Dinner that night at a local restaurant, breakfast the next morning, all is included as part of your Adventure Voyage. Saturday, March 2, head over to the Club de Yates to drop your bags at the nice charter base. Sit poolside or barside or explore town some more. We board the boats by 1800. Spend the night at the dock and depart early March 3.
