Get to the base …
Airport code for Seattle-Tacoma is SEA. The Airporter.com shuttle takes you from the side door of the airport to a block from the charter base. It is a three hour tour – a beautiful drive up the coast and through the woods. We board the boat anytime after 2pm on August 10th. We depart the dock, soon as they let us, the next morning. We must be off the boat by noon on Sunday the 17th.

We’ve arranged sleep-aboard on the yachts the night of the 10th which allows you to arrive to the boats anytime you like after 2pm. The shuttle stops at Old Salts Deli – a block north of the charter base. If you ask, the driver may be able to drop you at the address above. Tip accordingly. Following our Adventure, we must return to the base and be fueled and off the boats by noon on the 17th. You have the option to depart the boat before we leave the Cap Sante/PNW Party docks, Sunday 9:00am. Cap Sante, where the Pacific Northwest Weekend is held, is between March Point and Laconner stops. The shuttle will pick you up there if you request it in advance. Head ashore by 9am, have a nice breakfast, catch your shuttle.
Travel Insurance …
For those who prefer it, there are many options. Some credit cards offer it automatically. Read the fine print as most will not cover you unless there is a verifiable medical or other serious issue. Some options are Allianz, Travelex and TravelGuard.
